Jen and Harold came from Calgary to get married at the beautiful Mahle House Restaurant in Nanaimo. It was a small, family and close friends event and we were happy to be back in Nanaimo.
It was a classy wedding at the Nicklaus North Golf Course in Whistler. We had to dodge a few golf balls when photographing on a course but otherwise we had a ball! Another international wedding with Simon’s family coming from England.
It was our first time photographing a wedding in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Andrea and Eric and meet their wonderful families. Guests came from 7 different countries, including France where Eric’s parents and Best Man came from for the wedding. We stayed overnight at The Pine & Picket B&B - highly recommended, fine bed and breakfast to die for!
Jen and Simon are both expert soccer players. In fact they met on the soccer field. We had a chance to photograph them around the Vancouver Roundhouse before we moved to a grassy field for some pro soccer action!
