We photographed a super fun event – dance recital for a premier Coquitlam dance school – Mellado Dance Elite. We had an opportunity to watch and photograph the dress rehearsal on Thursday and then the actual stage performances on Saturday and Sunday. We loved watching the kids perform, talk to the parents and breathe the atmosphere of a recital. Very different experience from wedding photography, very theatrical and dramatic. But at the same time very demanding and great timing practice!
